How long does ceramic coating last?
Aaron's installs SB3 ceramic coatings in three package tiers: Level 1 carries a 3-year warranty, Level 2 a 5-year warranty, and Level 3 a 7-year multi-layer warranty. All warranties are registered directly with SB3 Coatings in your name at the time of installation. Longevity depends on the package selected and how the vehicle is maintained.
What Is the difference between ceramic coating and paint protection film?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your clear coat to provide gloss, hydrophobicity, and UV protection. Paint protection film (PPF) is an 8-mil urethane film that deflects rock chips, scratches, and road debris before they reach the paint. For maximum protection, the two are often combined, with STEK DYNOshield PPF on high-impact areas and SB3 ceramic coating applied on top.
What does paint correction include?
Single-stage paint correction is included with all ceramic coating packages and removes light swirl marks and surface scratches. For deeper paint damage, optional multi-stage paint correction is available, removing 90 to 95% of scratches for a near-showroom finish. All correction work is documented with before/after photos.
How long does a full detail take?
A Level 1 or Level 2 auto detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours. Ceramic coating installs are full-day appointments (8 to 10 hours) and require a cure period after pickup. PPF install time varies by coverage area. A partial front clip takes several hours, while a full-vehicle wrap may take one to two days.
What is included in every ceramic coating package?
All SB3 ceramic coating packages at Aaron's include a gentle hand wash, clay bar decontamination, iron decontamination cleanse, tire clean and dress, and CARFAX reporting. Single-stage paint correction is also included as standard. Package add-ons include wheel face coating, wheel barrel and caliper coating, windshield and glass coating, and multi-stage paint correction.
Do you detail and coat motorcycles?
Yes. Aaron's offers full motorcycle detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film for all bike types, including hard-to-reach frame areas, wheels, chrome, and painted panels.
What are Florida's window tint laws?
